Q: Do you offer plus-sizes?

A: Some of the huipiles are oversized and can fit  sizes 12 to 14. Plus sizes are available by order. 

Q: How can I make a return? 

A: Since most of the pieces are unique, it is hard to make exchanges. We encourage our customers to contact us directly to make sure the pieces they are buying are the right ones. Returning can be possible and the buyer is responsible for shipping fees. 

Q: How long does it usually take to restock an item? 

A: Restocking can range from two weeks to two months depending on the garment.

Q: How much do the artisans receive from my purchase? 

A: Fifty percent of the proceeds goes to the artisan

Q: Can I request a custom order from an artisan? 

A: Yes you can! We take orders for specific artisans.
